I’m Monica Fino, a qualified architectural interior designer with over 20 years of experience. I run Newday Property, a property investment, development, and design company that collaborates with associated builders, architects and project managers.

After qualifying, I trained at the University of the Arts London (UAL) and began my career as a property developer. Over the years, I have collaborated with developers and property owners to deliver high-quality projects, including large family homes and city flats in areas such as Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Kensington.

My passion for properties and design has been a driving force throughout most of my working life. It all began when I was 14 years old, designing interiors with my sister in our shared bedroom. Decades later, I still love my job and remain deeply committed to creating beautiful spaces for people to enjoy while ensuring strong returns for investors. I am truly grateful for the opportunities I’ve had to pursue my passion.
