I’m Monica Fino, an interior architect and design-led property developer with over 20 years’ experience delivering residential projects across London.
I run Newday Property, a design-led investment and development company working with private investors, builders and professional teams to deliver high-quality residential projects.
After qualifying at the University of the Arts London (UAL), I worked across a wide range of residential schemes, from large family homes to compact city apartments. Alongside client work, I have also developed my own projects, giving me a clear understanding of budgets, planning, delivery and risk.
My background in interior architecture shapes decisions around layout, light, flow and liveability, always balanced with commercial clarity and market awareness.
Newday Property was created to bring thoughtful design and careful development together, delivering homes that perform strongly for investors and work beautifully as places to live.
